TERMS:  Net 30 days with pre-approved credit; VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Check-In-Advance, C.O.D. are available, fees may apply.

FREIGHT POLICY:  Freight is prepaid on all Standard Catalog (Stock) qualifying orders of $1,600.00 or more within the continental United States and Canada. Standard (Stock) qualifying orders less than $1,600.00 are shipped by most economical method, FOB Painesville, Ohio, Prepaid and Add.

FREIGHT CLAIMS:  The carrier is responsible for the merchandise while in transit to you.  Be sure to COUNT AND INSPECT THE NUMBER OF PIECES YOU ARE SIGNING FOR!  Make note on the freight bill of any visible loss or damage to your shipment before signing.  If the damage is concealed, notify the carrier immediately. It is customer’s responsibility to notify Grand Rock to process a claim.

PPD or PPA shipments processed via Grand Rock will then process the respective freight claims. In order to do so, we need help by the customer. The customer has up to 3 days (from receipt of goods) to report any freight claimed or concealed damage, PHOTOS of the damage and signed copy of the BOL is required as well. Any missing information may delay or void any claim during this window.

Customers who elect to utilize third-party billing, any and ALL shipments are at the sole responsibility of said customer to file freight claims. NO EXCEPTIONS.

RETURNS:  Minimum 15% restocking charge on stock parts.  Special order, custom-made, damaged or obsolete parts are not returnable.  No merchandise may be returned without prior permission and issuance of a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. Once items are packed and/or invoiced, no order changes or cancellations will be accepted. Please refer to additional information located on pages 4-7 in the catalog.

WARRANTY:  Warranties vary from product to product, case by case. Please refer to the warranty policy found on page 2 in the catalog. Warranty claims are limited to the original purchase price.

MINIMUM ORDER:  Minimum order of $75.00 required. A $15.00 fee will be applied to all orders not meeting $75.00 threshold.

MISCELLANEOUS:  Prices are subject to change without notice.  Please call for price and availability on any custom parts and/or items not shown in our catalog.
