From bending and pressing, forming and fabricating to computer aided design, Grand Rock has all of the equipment available to help you build what you need.
Our in house capabilities are vast! We have tooling available for mandrel bending ranging in diameter from 3" - 7", and compression bending from 1.5" to 2.5" diameter. Your custom parts can be produced in a variety of materials including carbon steel, aluminized steel, 409 stainless steel and 304 stainless steel. We also offer a multitude of different end forming options and press capabilities.
To complement our in-house manufacturing, we have options for a variety of finishes including:
- Ceramic coating (inside and/or outside)
- Powder coating in a variety of colors
- And, Industry leading, show quality chrome finishing
